GLASS CANVAS SERIES
Each GLASS CANVAS is an original, one-of-a-kind "PAINTING" IN GLASS.
To create each "painting", the background colors, including Dichroic Glass, are first selected and cut and fit together to create the "canvas". Smaller pieces of glass are then cut and placed on the "canvas" like individual brushstrokes of paint. Once completed, the piece is fired in a kiln to 1450 degrees.
Each original GLASS CANVAS is mounted on a black wood panel that is
1 - 2" larger than the glass on all sides. This thick frame creates a very contemporary look!
Each Glass Canvas is one-of-a-kind, and are individually TITLED. Images below represent a range of colors and designs for these pieces.
